Becoming a store manager depends on many different aspects, including the individual. Factors that help determine whether someone is ready for store management include: previous management experience, training achieved prior to employment, educational / training requirements completed while with the Company, demonstrated sales and management skills.
We encourage all technicians and managers to earn their ASE certifications. As such, we reimburse teammates for test registration costs and fees as well as reward teammates on successful completion of ASE tests.
We pay for all in-house education modules and training seminars. In addition, we have a Tuition Reimbursement Program available for completion of accredited college level courses, either leading to a job-related degree or individual courses that are related to current job assignment(s) or future career path. The Company will reimburse up to $5,250 per calendar year of tuition including 50% of required textbook expenses, registration, and lab fees. The reimbursement program is subject to annual location expense budget allocations for this purpose. Selected outside technical or vocational training may be selected and approved by location management as required or appropriate.

Before beginning employment in our store, teammates must pass a mandatory post-offer drug test. Teammates are subject to further drug/alcohol testing when there is reasonable suspicion that the Drug Free Workplace Policy has been violated.
You will be eligible for the 401K program after 30 days of full-time employment status.
Yes. Salary/wages for store employees are paid through Direct Deposit or Pay Cards.
Hourly teammates are paid weekly. Salaried employees are paid semi-monthly.
