* How To Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZE. Sweepstakes runs from 5:00 pm CST on 12/6/07 to 5:00 pm CST on 12/31/07. Enter by going to www.FirestoneCompleteAutoCare.com and click onto the "Advertisement Survey" link and complete all information as requested.

Limit one entry per person, e-mail address and/or family or household. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account. The use of a bogus name or e-mail address will disqualify an entrant. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Sponsor, at their sole discretion may prohibit any individual from participation in the Sweepstakes, if such individual repeatedly shows a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant, the official judging organization or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. Attempt by entrant to deliberately damage web site or undermine legitimate operation of Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws and should attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

* Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds of Winning: (1) Grand Prize: One Free Set (4) of Bridgestone or Firestone tires valid at any Firestone Complete AutoCare Center across the United States. Total retail value (ARV) is between $300 and $1,000. (2) Second Prize: One Package of 12 Bridgestone Golf Balls. Total retail value (ARV) is $40.; (3) Third Prize: One Free Standard Oil Change and Filter. Total retail value (ARV) is $22.

All federal, state and local taxes on prize including but not limited to sales tax (except where prohibited), and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using prize or expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize transfer. No cash or other substitution of prize allowed except by Sponsor due to unavailability of prize, in which case, a prize of comparable or greater value will be substituted. The total number of entries is unlimited; however, the odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

* Sweepstakes Drawing: One (1) Winner will be selected for the Grand Prize, Twenty (20) winners will be selected for the Second Prize, Ten (10) winners will be selected for the Third Prize. They will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 31, 2008 from all eligible entries timely received as set forth by supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions in all matters concerning this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

* Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents who are licensed drivers, age 18 years or older as of 01/31/08. Employees of Sponsor, its dealers, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible. Void in Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, or where prohibited or restricted by law.

* Prize Award: Potential winners will be notified by overnight mail and will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release ("documents"), which must be returned within seven (7) days after notification. Failure to timely return completed documents or return of any prize notification will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is not of the legal age of majority in state of residence, at Sponsor's option prize will be awarded in name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to complete and sign documents. Winner will be required to take delivery within 30 days of notice of availability.

* Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for or liable for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials: stolen, lost, late, forged, defaced, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries, nor for any electronic miscommunication or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or telephone transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this program or for computer, telephone, paper transfer or human error or electronic, computer network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or any condition which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, systems malfunctions, failures or difficulties or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness and proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes; and in such event Sponsor will post notice of such termination on www.FirestoneCompleteAutoCare.com and select winner from among all eligible entries legitimately received prior to termination.

* Conditions: By participating in sweepstakes, participants agree (a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final in all respects; (b) to release Sponsor and their respective dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes and their respective directors, officers and employees (collectively "Sponsor and agents") from any and all liability, claims, damages or injuries arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation and/or acceptance, possession or use of the prize; (c) if a winner, to the use of winner's name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, and upon request winner will provide consent in writing to any such use; and (d) that Sponsor and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize.
