Gold Reimbursement

Roadside Assistance Instructions: Firestone Premier Rewards Gold Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada, through February 28, 2018. To be eligible for reimbursement consideration, you MUST call 877-364-7515 to receive roadside assistance. Service is for passenger vehicles, vans and light trucks only.  Covered Services include a jump start (weak or dead battery) and a tire change (with customer’s inflated spare). If you don’t carry a spare or your vehicle cannot be jump-started and a tow is necessary, you will be solely responsible for any charges incurred. Service is provided on a reimbursement-consideration basis with a maximum reimbursable benefit allowance of 3 occurrences per year and $50 per occurrence. You are required to pay the service provider at the time service is rendered and submit for reimbursement consideration.

Reimbursement Consideration Procedures: For reimbursement consideration, please submit the following within 30 days of the roadside incident: (1) Customer name, address and telephone number, (2) Dated ORIGINAL road service receipt, and (3) A copy of the front side of this card that shows your membership number and expiration date. Please mail to: Vehicle Administrative Services, 4287 Beltline Rd. Box# 198, Addison, TX 75001. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Service Excludes: RVs, fleet vehicles, off-road vehicles or vehicles off the road (winch out), trailers, any vehicle in tow, vehicles over one ton capacity, commercial vehicles, any vehicle already at a repair facility or any vehicle which at the sole determination of the service provider is in such condition that service is likely to result in damage to the vehicle. Theft, vandalism, and accident related incidents are not covered. Service not dispatched through our toll-free number, incomplete claims, and claims postmarked after thirty (30) days will not be honored. Emergency Response Marketing is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail. Service may not be available where state providers are exclusively utilized.

Platinum Reimbursement

Roadside Assistance Instructions: Firestone Premier Rewards Platinum Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada, through February 28, 2018. To be eligible for reimbursement consideration, you MUST call 877-364-7515 to receive roadside assistance. Service is for passenger vehicles, vans and light trucks only.
