They always try and make you buy something you don't need, call you an hour before your appointment and say oh I'm sorry we cant work on your car today. Staff has no idea what they are doing and very untrustworthy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service Came in for tire rotation and oil change, was told 1 to 2 hrs. Took 3 hrs while I sat and waited. No big deal, I had been coming here for several years and was generally happy with this shop. Made a 2:00 Monday appt. for new brakes. At 2:30 my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked for windshield fluid to be filled and was told it had been done, was actually marked off on work sheet. I was offered money saving coupons if I sign up for membership. I filled out paperwork including SS# and email address and was denied membership, no money saving coupons for me. Whatever. Came to work on Tuesday, email from Firestone offering the same coupons I had been denied the day before. I called the shop and was told could not use for yesterdays service but on next service. I pointed out that I would not need new tires or rotation or brakes or oil change since they had just gladly accepted my money for all of these services within the past couple of weeks and the coupons would expire in 2 weeks or so. AFTER MANY FRUSTRATING CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE.......I GAVE UP AND TOOK SOME ASPIRIN INSTEAD. Friday was a drizzly day and as I left my office to go home I turned on washer cleaner and not one drop of fluid. I went back to the shop and asked for discount for bad service. I was told manager would call me Monday. Tuesday I called and manager agreed to give 20 back on my card but I would have to come in AGAIN! I HAVE NEVER GONE BACK. I have asked to have my email address taken off your list and am asking again. Please do not bother me.
