I first brought my car to this company nearly a year ago, because they offered, with a coupon, the best deal of their competitors on an oil change. So when I needed to replace a main relay (which my research told me would hopefully solve an intermittent non-start problem with my car) they were on my list to call to get quotes for this service. I called twice to get a quote for the job, and to discuss possible options, and was quoted a very good price to do the job, and was assured each time of the price and told this quote is within "a buck", "but we need to have you bring it in to look at your relay to get you the exact price. After bringing my car in and waiting for about 45 minutes or so, the service guy told me he was very sorry he quoted me such a low cost, but that it would be 3 times what he quoted over the phone. The new price was still within what a dealer would charge if not less, so I told him let's finish this as I have already waited so long, and I'd rather get this done and the problem solved. So they completed the job, and I paid at the new price on my credit card, and told them I would be in soon for my next service. All is good, they have me as a loyal customer up to this point. But after I got home I remembered that they had mailed me a colorful brochure with a coupon (among other coupons) for "$30 off any service purchase of $50 or more" which didn't expire for a week. I had not brought it with me (and soon forgot about it) as I was quoted a price under $50 and so not within the coupon terms. I read every word of the brochure, it said nothing about needing to give it to them at the time of service. No where. So I called them and asked the manager, who answered the phone, if he would honor the coupon they had mailed to me? I explained that I was just there a few days ago, and that they completed a service for me, but that I did not bring the coupon with me as I was quoted a price below the coupon requirements, but subsequently while having the service done, was told the price would be higher than first quoted, and would he honor this coupon now if I drove back with the coupon and the receipt of service performed? I was dumbfounded. The manager whose name was on their colorful brochure of coupons, which they mailed to my address, with big letters of Trust Us To Do It All, told me excuse after another as to why he could not honor this coupon. First he said you have to give it to us at the time of service, then he said "your coupons expired" (it was not), then he said we have no way of crediting your credit card, then he kept asking when did you receive that coupon? Which I said I don't remember, that's irrelevant as I obviously have the coupon which you mailed to me at my home address, and the expiration date is not for another week, and I told him exactly what the coupon said. Finally in disbelief and frustration, I told him you obviously intended to give me this benefit, or you wouldn't have mailed it to me, but you really don't care to have me as a loyal customer after all. He finally gave in, after telling me it was basically my fault as I would not tell him when I received the coupon after he kept asking, and further I was talking fast and he just couldn't understand me, but reluctantly "I will just this one time" let you drive back and we will give you credit for your coupon". NO Thanks! manager at this location. Keep your coupons. I will give my business to a company who understands good customer service. You failed. And for what? For $30 you offered me in the first place? Really? Way to build loyalty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantástico I just wanna say that I took my car in and got it checked. To say that my car needed tons of work with oil changed and tiers and more. I was able to save money with the great customer service they gave me. It was nice to see that they cared and were not just out to see how much they could get out of me. I'll gladly send people there way and keep going my self.

They're honest about what actually needs to be done to get your car running the way you want it, and they don't push unnecessary services on you. And if something doesn't go as well as I want, if I go back, they're always willing to fix it. It's great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Service good but ... The three times I went for service I have been pleased with the results but the costs are excessive. I realize you get what you pay for but when given an estimate of $800 and it turns out to be $899, that put a big dent in my pocketbook. I am living on a fixed income and $99 is a lot of money to me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from service Very over priced for what needed to be fixed I found it for almost 700$ cheaper. Had to go back several times on things they should have found the first time. I asked to get a print out of the estimate but never got it. I will never go back to them. This is after 2k later
