Went in for last week for maintenance that is routine, but for a new vehicle I recently purchased. Really appreciate having questions answered and getting recommendations without feeling constant upsell. Good attitude by all the staff there. I am confident in my sense of trust with the team at this location.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Service can be improved I sent my car for routine check, oil change, tire rotation and to fix squeaky brake sound on Saturday afternoon Nov 22nd 2014. Granted this store needed more time to work on my car, I gladly left it overnight. Car was ready for picked up on Sunday evening. After paying for the service and went to get my car, it won't start. The attendant had to jump start my car and told me to leave it running for about half an hour. I left it running and went out for dinner. Engine was running the whole time for 45 mins. After dinner, the car won't start again. I had to call roadside assistance to jump start my car. My family was stuck in downtown for over an hour for roadside assistance. The next day, the store manager was kind enough to send someone to my house to check the battery and said my battery was dead and had to replace it. This was a bad experience for me after all the trouble it has caused. I would question - why isn't the bad battery detected during the routine check? Did they do a thorough check to be able to give me a feedback on what need to be fixed?
