Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mechanics I Can Trust! Every time I take my car to this Firestone, I know that I am going to get the best and most trustworthy service possible. These folks work very hard to not only handle a very high volume of customers, but do it with courtesy, honesty, and quality. Firestone should give this team a shiny new, LARGER facility with a larger labor budget-- It is clear that everyone here, and the space they have to work with, is stretched to the limit every day. They deserve better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Plan to keep your car there all day. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite. However, my appointment to drop my car off for repairs was at 8:30 and I was told the work would take approximately 3-4 hours. When I called at 1:30 pm to see when I could pick-up my car I was told that mine was next in line to be put in the bay to be looked at. [!] 5 hours after I had taken my car in at 8:30 in the morning, at their request, and they had not even done the diagnostics yet much less got around to doing the actual work. Urg. After being told it would be just a "couple" of hours I called back in 2 hours and was told my car would be ready in and hour or so. I showed-up and hour later and waited another hour in the lobby waiting for them to finish. (Sigh) I had things scheduled that day and took the staff at their word about when to pick-up my car. It ended-ed being an all-day event and I found their inability to be honest with me disrespectful. I like them and I like the work that they do but my experience made me want to support another business that's truer to their word and more honest of their capabilities to complete a task in the time they tell me. They are a very busy shop, I guess for a good reason, but they are clearly over-burdened and overwhelmed and were not very forthright with me that day. I had to reschedule and then reschedule again appoints I had going on that day; quite a headache. If they would have just told me they were keeping the car all day I could have worked with that. A disappointing experience that over-complicated my day. Not sure I will use them again even though I like their work.
