Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Staff & Customer Service We've been taking our vehicles to the 7th Street and Union Hills Firestone for maintenance and service over 16 years. The Manager and staff have always been helpful, courteous, friendly and above all else trustworthy in their evaluation and service of our vehicles. The staff have always shown professionalism and concern interacting with customers any time we've been there. We feel very comfortable having our vehicles serviced at the Union Hills and 7th Street Firestone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Professional I have been using Firestone for many years and this location in particular for my vehicles which tend to be European with "over engineered" requirements. I am yet to be disappointed with the service received. The atmosphere of professionalism at this location always gives me confidence that my vehicle will be serviced properly. The "downside" getting simple oil changes is a lengthy process for my busy schedule ... recommend a "Quick Service" bay where simple stuff can be done on a drive in drive out basis.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Second thoughts... I've been doing business with Firestone for years and recently had my truck worked on due to a check engine light. At first I was called and told that only the spark plugs needed to be changed and it would take a couple hours. A couple hours later I get another call that they made a mistake, and there was a lot work to be done. They changed the spark plugs, wiring harness, knock sensor and fixed a coolant leak = $1300. And they had my truck for a day and half..;( Having second thoughts on returning for more service in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Coming Back Again So I had my oil changed recently and it was pretty costly. I use synthetic and the pricing came close to $60 for an oil change. It took ALL DAY after dropping my car off at 8am and picked it up at 5:30pm. The biggest issue is when I decided to change my oil myself this time to save $40. My oil pan bolt was tightened so tight that it had to been put on with the wrong torque, also I notice some RTV which did not make sense until after 15 minutes with a hammer and wrench I got the bolt off with NO washer, obviously lost by Firestone maybe not the last time but it had to been sometime since I was only taking my car there to get the oil changed and why would I have not been told about it so I could get a replacement? After going and getting a new one since I had to strip it basically to get it off it was time for the filter. You guessed it, tight to the point of needing to drive a screws driver through it in order to get it off. What should have taken me 15 minutes took me an hour due to the lack of care that should have been given to my vehicle. I will NOT ever go back to Firestone, I do not trust my vehicle there anymore.
