Rated 2 out of 5 by from No Warranty but have tires on had when needed Have the 50,000 mile Firehawk GT tires with 6,200 miles on them and they function very well on a day to day bases. BUT one developed a bulge on the side and I located a Firestone dealer that had my tire in stock. They said the road caused the side wall to bulge and that is not covered only a tire puncture is covered. So I had to decide to risk driving with a bad tire or purchasing a new one to match to be safe. The tires are so new they usually recommend buying a pair but a new will will match with only 6,200 mile on the set. Oh buy the way even if it was covered under warranty you have to pay again for lifetime balancing, who would of thought. Did he really say LIFE TIME BALANCING, what does that mean if I pay each time. I was happy to get the problem solved for my safety but checked with a competitor and they replace bulges on the tire and do not charge to remount and balance a replacement tire.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I went a day back with Coupon provided over the website. They treated very badly since I used coupon and you guys don't handle appointment properly too. They didn't perform tire rotation and said not needed. Totally messed up place.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Waiting too long! I have waited hours for a tune up to a simple fix for the past 18 months at the El Camino center in Santa Clara. I have been going there since 1987. Unexcusable. Also, I have had to return because an item was not fixed properly or was overlooked. I am using the words of the service mgr.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed. Customer service was horrible. And girl claimed she was manager when I requested to speak to one. Only reason I give 1 star is the extremely helpful girl I spoke with through main headquarters and the "real" area manager initial response in regards to my initial concerns about service at the santa clara location. As for the follow up to my further discoveries in regards to a broken latch by technician putting back my spare and car wiggling on freeway. I have yet to hear back. Id much rather receive quality service vs quantity. Seems as though all focus was on quoted wait times. Which I waited 2 hours for but I was alright with that given I was expecting quality.
