Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been a lifelong customer for a reason. We have never had an issue with the work done on all four of our vehicles at Firestone in Burlington. Usually just oil changes and tires, but the guys do a great job and in a timely fashion. Of course they have plenty of other cars to work on as well, but you can call ahead and see how long your wait could be and decide to go on a different day. They communicate very well with the customers by calling back when they find an issue that may need to be looked further into, or just to let you know the vehicle will be ready soon.

I have brought in a few vehicles for service with them but lately I've noticed they are less about the quality of service and more about getting to the next customer. I had hairpin puncture in my tire that went flat overnight. I brought it in to be repaired and the tech said they can't find a hole and it must have just been a flat. I had to tell him how to repair my tire, increase the Psi above normal and put it in water... Oh wow there's the leak! Then I came in to replace a headlight and they did not mount it correctly. When I pointed out I couldn't see down the road because it is not sitting properly they said "you may have just not recognized that's how it looks. It's supposed to hit knee height." The problem was the focus of the light was on my foot... I had to bring it back in the next day and look at that! They didn't mount it correctly... I am less than pleased with how "customer oriented" they've been. Feeding me lines to just get me to pay and out the door. Please have some integrity in your work! Just to note, I do not doubt the knowledge of the technicians but think they need to listen to the customer a little more because the customer may actually know what is really going on and how it should be.
