Rated 1 out of 5 by from never again! I went to get my brakes done here at redlands. Came back two months later because they were squeaking as they were before I got them done by this shop. Now they tell me I need my rotors resurfaced for $258 which they should have told me the first time I went! Never again they like to get over on ppl and charge charge charge! Fyi they not getting service for me or the ppl I almost referred to them. Horrible horrible horrible

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost a 5-star This visit was not one of the best and I usually get excellent service. I took the car in to have them check an oil leak. $700 later I had new tie rods, brakes, oil change.They did call me to inform me of these repairs. No indication that there was an oil leak. When I was called to tell me the car was ready, I asked about the oil leak. I was told there was nothing written on the repair order re the leak. The technician said he would bring the car back in and check for the leak and that he would call me. I never received a call until I called them to see if the leak had been detected. I was then told I needed to take the car to a car wash to have the undercarriage steamed cleaned so that they could get a better view. Now, Firestone shares a driveway with our local carwash. They could have very easily taken the car there and charged me. We had some words re this situation. Well, they finally cleaned up the area with something and found that a plug or whatever was loose. It was tightened and so far no leak. Seems that every time I go in there is a new manager and new employees. I have been going to this facility for at least 20 years and have always been very satisfied. It has been a pleasure to do do business with a company that knows a customer by name and the cars one drives. Not so in recent visits.
