Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service Back in January took our F-150 King Ranch 4x4 to check for nail in tire. Well the service tect was driving our truck in to the work bay hit something busting the sidewall out. Firestone step up by putting a new tire on my truck & I said thanks but this is a 4x4 & who going to keep doing an all wheel aligiment because of different size tires so they step up put 2 new tires of my choice, & I bought 2 tires for a complete maching set. Firestone has been great to my family backing their name & service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor manager customer relations I have had work done to 3 different vehicles. 2 of them had same issues after getting car back. I had heat when I took car in and now having heating problems during 5 degree weather. Now I have a huge bill to pay off and was told by the mngr that he couldn't fix the problem. I will only buy tires from now on if that

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience!! Nice store and staff. Showroom was well lit, clean and inviting. I was comfortable waiting there for my vehicle. Fresh coffee and clean restrooms were also a plus. I was assisted by Jeremy Buchanan. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the services for our vehicle. This was greatly appreciated. Everything was done in a timely manner and my vehicle runs great. We will be returning and will have no problem recommending your store going forward.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bottom-line business model After over a year of routine service, I stopped working next door to their shop. Oil change with tire rotation typically took 3 to 4 hrs w/o an appointment. Since I worked next door, no issues. The following oil change I tried to do myself but the oil pan plug was badly worn. I brought it to Firestone and they refused to put in the oil I'd purchased. They claim it's a liability issue, but it really is just about having to buy their oil. I called several other shops to find out if this is typical and they all said they'd be happy to do an oil change for $12-$18 range using oil purchased elsewhere. Firestone also charged me for the new plug which they had worn down to nothing in the first place. I'll pay more to go somewhere else from now on. Firestone itself promotes its tire road hazard warranty on their mobile site in such a way that you'll get a surprise when your tire needs replacement. Read the terms on the full site before buying. Better yet, don't give them your money.
