Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service. I have a lifetime alignment contract and I was going on a trip and took my vehicle in for a preventative alignment. I was advised that my bearings were bad. I had heard a noise and I was advised that is what it is. The service manager told me I should not make the trip without having this repair done. I didn't have the money for the repair at the time and it was suggested that I apply for credit. I didn't think I would be approved. Much to my surprise, I was approved. The manager noted my distress at the cost and gave me a kind discount. I was very grateful. They provided me with a time estimate and were true to their word. I was more than please with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and I will most certainly be taking my vehicle to the Corona, CA location for any services needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Fair We have been using this Firestone store for over 30 years. We have had mechanics who worked on our cars for close to that same period of time. The mechanics are great and the store inside personnel are great, as well. Our only current objection (and it has been a couple of months since our last service) is this store has not had a manager for quite some time. Temporary managers just don't get the job done as well as a manager who has their heart into that store. But when they do get a permanent manager, hopefully things will return to the usual extraordinary service and great pricing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never going back to Corona Main St Location This review on poor service all started because of my last experience with the Corona, CA location on Main St and I've been very patient and way too understanding with these guys. I have two cars with lifetime alignment and it seems they treat the people with lifetime alignment like they can wait any unspecified amount of time or they don't even care if they can't get to you. I've had my appointment cancelled twice in two years, with no phone call to tell me that it was cancelled, and every alignment job taking over 5 hours, when they do actually get to it. This last time I showed up with an appointment, the guy just tells me he can't get to it, doesn't look at me, doesn't apologize, and just let me walk out of there without even trying to reschedule or anything. If you are swamped, it doesn't give you the right to sacrifice customer service. There is absolutely no excuse for being rude. Completely unacceptable behavior. I also find it funny that everytime they take forever or cancel my appointment, I get this excuse - "I am short two techs today." Everytime. That is a strange coincidence that after three alignments that took over 5 hours, 2 cancelled appointments, that every single time they were short exactly 2 techs. Is this scripted? Last thing I want to mention is the last tech to do alignment on my car almost rounded the nut on the adjustment arm because he couldn't figure out which way to loosen it. I had to remove these components off of my car, go to my friend's house and damaged the part even further trying to break the nut loose from all the force the tech put onto it. Now I have to try to repair the part and if it doesn't work, will cost me $600 to replace. The same day, he also asked me what kind of brakes I had on the car, which were not aftermarket brakes, and that they almost melted his face off. What was he doing driving my car so hard? What else do they do on their test drives? Wish I had a dash cam. Be very careful with this Firestone location. I've seen them turn down quite a few people while I waited on several occasions so now I kind of understand why. It doesn't seem like they have things very organized and need to work on more than just customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and fast service I have purchased tires from Firestone and about two months later I had a screw find its way into one of them. Luckily for me I stopped by Firestone and they had it repaired within 45 minutes. Great service done at a timely manner.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best at general repairs. Normally I do not like leaving bad feedback and in the past have had very good service in oil changes and tires but this last time, very disappointing. Had a drive shaft support bearing go out on me, hear squealing under truck and thought brakes so brought wifes truck in. Once found out problem, quoted 300 for repairs, said okay. A few hours later, said they had to send out drive shaft to shop to put on support bearing at an addition 250. Said okay. Fixed it and wife pick up truck. Tim charged me 180 for the bearing and dealer sells them for 110 retail. He quoted me 120 for part when first brought in. Part store down the street sells same part for 60. Brought in downloads from net on part and showed Tim, he professes he paid 160 for part. Next day, truck is making noise from new bearing when it warms up. Brought it back in next day off, after sitting on lot all day, they said did not hear noise. Took mechanic one block and noise came in loud. One more day of sitting on lot, then they fixed it right the third day. Had I taken truck to dealer and paid full dealer price, still would of been $100 less than Firestone. For tires and oil changes, they are great, for other things, in my book, not so good.
