( don't know here name).... she was great and gave me a great deal. I was expecting to get ripped off and I was not. She is a positive for your company. It has put trust into my choice of repair shops in town.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not happy Had a coupon for $9.99 A/C check. Charged me a $99 electrical check just to plug in a loose relay switch. This is the third time I felt overcharged . probably bought about 7sets of tires for me and the kids there , plus a few thousand in upkeep and repairs. don't think I will go back. I asked if Ed would call me later and nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding customer service I went to 3 dealers due to dash board warning indicators. Not one of those dealers offered to even look at my vehicle. They said I could leave it and MAYBE it would be "looked at today." Firestone was busy BUT the manager test drove my vehicle, told me I needed parts ordered and ABOVE ALL told me it was not dangerous to drive my vehicle while waiting for the parts.
