Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrible horrible, don't go there! Totally messed up my tires when they switched over from snow tires. The tire lights went on and they tried to sell me a replacement service after they screwed up. Brought the car to my mechanic and he said they didn't mount them correctly and all tires have been leaking air and now it'll cost $450 to fix. Will never go back or recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yes, you can trust them. awesome, quick service. Guys are great too. Will take you in quickly and give you an honest assessment without putting on a ski mask and robbing you. I now take both my cars there without hesitation. I've done tires, brake pads, rotors, oil changes, check engine diagnostics, suspension, etc. .in the few years I've been going. If they could, I'd bring my class A motorhome there too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not impressed I have been to this store a few times, the issue is one day things are great the next they are horrible. I had breaks done and almost immediately after the breaks were squealing AGAIN. So I called and was told this was normal, well it went on and on and on and I finally had to take it back in around 11 months later as the dealership stated the breaks needed to be fixed well I have lifetime with Firestone I went back, I was then told I needed rotors. I didn't have the funds needed to wait, had an oil change completed at another location no Firestone and they stated the breaks looked awful, the rotors need to only be resurfaced and the breaks needed to be repaired again, this is 2 months after the last break job. I called and they stated they needed to look at the car, they looked and low and behold the vehicle was not correct the breaks were either not completed or completed incorrectly. They then proceed to fix said breaks, they say need rotors still needs to wait, however never mentioned resurfacing or anything to keep with in my budget I am a single mother of 2 and money is a scarcity around here right now...nothing to work with me nothing. I am not impressed in the work that was completed, the first contact staff as you walk in are great usually and have no issues however the work that was performed was sub par and I am very disappointed.
