Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took 5 hours for an alignment with appointment Short story: Made an appointment for a 90-minute alignment, took 4-5 hours, and my car was driven hard during the test drive. I had to cancel my plans for the day. They weren't sorry at all. Details: I came in on a Monday asking for an alignment, Robert said it'd be about 2-3 hours, no big deal. I couldn't wait around Monday so I asked him about making an appointment and if it'd be a shorter wait time. He agreed and said it'd be about 90 minutes. So I came in for my 2:30 on Tuesday, dropped off my car, and Michael told me about 90 minutes sounds about right. So I walked around town to get lunch, gave them about 2 hours and never received a call at all. So I walk back asking about my car and they said my car is next in line.. after 2 hours. Robert tells me it'll be about 45 minutes once they take my car in. I said whatever, I really need this alignment so I left again. 7PM comes by and to no surprise, I still didn't get a call so I called. Jessen, the alignment tech, tells me they're taking it out for a test drive as we're speaking and suggested me to head on over. So I did. Upon arrival, my car was still in the shop and Jessen comes out to apologize about his long day, etc. At this point I just wanted my car so I could leave. He said he was going to take it for a test drive to make sure it doesn't pull to the side. Okay no big deal. Next thing I hear.. my car being driven hard down the street for a few gears. I did not appreciate that one bit. Later I found my car's instant MPG meter to be drastically lower than I had left it at. It doesn't change that much unless you're racing it around. It didn't help when he came back asking about modifications to my car with a nervous look on his face. I paid, took my car back, and left. It was past closing time and they still had customers waiting around when I left.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Maybe there's a new guy.. I used to go to Firestone for oil changes on all three of my vehicles. I recently had my car smogged and looked at the undercarriage to see the information stamped on the catalytic converter. While I was there I noticed that my oil drain plug looked as if it was crooked. Upon closer inspection I found that the drain plug was not tightened correctly and that the threads were damaged. My car leaks and now I need a new oil pan. I will no longer go to Firestone for this type of routine maintenance and do it myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good I have had these tires over 5 months and I am very happy with them. There very stable, very quite and look great after a good cleaning. Plus, they look super good with tire dressing. So with a good quality tire dressing these sidewall tires look Superbad and you can quote me on it... They are very pricey, but you feel bad about them when you drive off from the tire store. I purchased mine from Firestone and the service was very good. I was very at ease knowing they don't screw when my Lowered Honda Element 2004. Also, for liking these tires so much I will purchase another set. Did I say these tires look very sexy on my Honda Element...?
