I couldn't recommend them enough!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing customer service! Faith in humanity restored today! After a (rough) 12-hour work day, I walk out at 6:45pm and see that my mazda has a nearly flat tire! I go a block over to Ricker's to fill it up and can hear the hissing- I unwittingly leave MY WALLET there as I call the closest Firestone (by the Castleton Mall) and even though they close in ten minutes my man Stuart says they will wait for me to get there. They put my car up on the lift and find a nail! The guys start putting the tire on and I go to pay, but have NO wallet! Keenan from Firestone drives me back to Ricker's to get my (untouched) returned wallet! These three Firestone gentlemen (Stuart, Keenan, and Isaiah) stayed over an hour past closing and truly went above and beyond the call of tire customer service duty tonight! I am taking them a thank you note and gift card tomorrow so they can have a lunch (or beers!) on me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from tire service I originally was going to get four tires I only ended up getting 2. It would have been nice if the two that I got would have been the same similar tread as my old to tires the service is quick and everyone was very nice

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scam? I took the car in for an oil change and left with the check engine light on. There weren't any known issues with the car going in, but their analysis recommended a $500 repair. It could just be a coincidence, but it seems a bit suspicious to me. I would definitely recommend not going there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trustworthy I went into my Firestone Store for a new set of tires. Jennifer and Jarrod checked out my car and told me that I had at least 10,000 more miles on my tires. They also performed my lifetime alignment. Jarrod recommended I change my spark plugs since I had over 108,000 miles on my plugs. I really appreciated their advice I fully trust the Firestone team at the Castleton store.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from need more front help Cant seem to fix my squeaky belt, and they definitely need more help at the front desk. Also, always help the customer in front of you before tending to phone calls. I have waited so long sometimes to drop my car off for service because they are making appointments for people whom might not even show. That's why I left 3 stars instead of 4. I trust the service technicians which I know for a chain is unusual, but I question them if I feel there's an issue. The other problem is the computer system cant put our history together on cars that have been put in multiple times under different first names. An easy way to prevent this is to ask the "could that be under a different name". We have a van that we have taken there for years and its under 3 different names with 3 different histories and since we keep them so long its nice to have them with one history. Please don't misunderstand, the people there are always very nice and helpful especially Jerrod who remembers me every time I walk in the door, for such a busy place you might want to add another computer and person.
