Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service & Salesmanship I ordered a set of tires on-line and set an appointment which was confirmed immediately. Driving to the appointment, the sales manager called me and confirmed the appointment adding that he had the tires I requested brought in from another store. There was NO wait. There was NO pressure. Once the tires were mounted, balanced and placed on my vehicle, an alignment check was recommended. When that revealed only slight imperfections, Daniel (shop manager) suggested I forgo the cost of the alignment and just return every 5,000 miles to have the same tires rotated. This saved me an additional $90. Upfront and honest best sums up this bunch. Well Done!

We had a low tire found out a tire was to close to the side wall from the Midas store they told us to go to Firestone for a tire. We got there about 6:00 pm. They were very nice worked us in and put a new tire on, so we were able to get home to Great Bend, Kansas

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They were fast! They got me in right away. They put on 4 new tires and balance and checked my alignment. They were done so fast I didn't even get to finish watching my show! It was great. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Service - Bad Rebate Process Service was great. The rebate process is very disappointing. I have now received "spam" and unwanted emails. I have unsubscribed but in hopes to control the unwanted emails. However, the rebate website is not encouraging. Really hate this process.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average or Below This time I would say Average or Below because of 2 reasons:- -This is the 4 time I have taken my car to your place,(90,400 miles, 91,500, 93,500,97,800 miles Apprx, I have receipts of all service records)You don't maintain history of my car records.I was surprised to hear that during last time service oil filter cap was not closed properly. I would ask the same question you why did you do like this last time service?-No replay from your team as no history of service records. -When I asked for My car dash board light is not showing up only during night mode (due to illumination control which I was not aware) you told it comes under electrical maintenance service and 100$/hr. I was requesting just help me, if I am missing anything to control illumination. Finally my friend helped me to show that. I hope this 1 min help your team can also do that without giving quotation.
