Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average or Below This time I would say Average or Below because of 2 reasons:- -This is the 4 time I have taken my car to your place,(90,400 miles, 91,500, 93,500,97,800 miles Apprx, I have receipts of all service records)You don't maintain history of my car records.I was surprised to hear that during last time service oil filter cap was not closed properly. I would ask the same question you why did you do like this last time service?-No replay from your team as no history of service records. -When I asked for My car dash board light is not showing up only during night mode (due to illumination control which I was not aware) you told it comes under electrical maintenance service and 100$/hr. I was requesting just help me, if I am missing anything to control illumination. Finally my friend helped me to show that. I hope this 1 min help your team can also do that without giving quotation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from didnt know what they were doing! As a retired automotive tech I know a lot of stuff about cars in general. The service I received was disorganized and shoddy at best. They didnt ask what tires I was replacing till a few HOURS after I dropped my car off at a scheduled appt. Then when I got there to pickup my car 3 hours later, 10 minites before closing, they still wasnt done. They sent the alignment tech home early and they wanted me to come back the next day to "get her all buttoned up"... 2 tires and an alignment should not of taken 4 hours to do. The worse thing is they didnt communicate at all... they didnt call saying they were running behind or a anything. what if they closed up with it not done... I wouldnt have a car to drive home in.. I love firestone, and as a new customer to that shop I expected better service.... like all the other firestones. I just will not go back to the webb/k96 firestone ever again!
