Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs Better Systems In Place There were discrepancies on the vehicle inspection and what was on the invoice. The inspection stated that the brakes were done recently but the invoice stated that the rear brakes/rotors/backing plates were due for replacement. I had replaced the rear brakes within the past 12 months and the truck does about 90% highway driving. They did not discuss this with me, I read it on the invoice. Why would "Cabin Air Filter-If Applies" be suggested for replacement? This vehicle doesn't have one. They recommended a complete front end of steering components to be replaced, yet they did an alignment. They also stated the gear box has play. How can this be done if the front end has loose components? I was offered 6 months no interest financing. I took the financing but was not informed of when I was to start payments and where to send them to or who the financing was through. This store needs to look at its processes and make the appropriate changes to enhance the customer's experience and to ensure that the customer is informed on their visit. I am a well informed consumer with many years of automotive experience and management in the automotive business.

Each time I have been in they have always explained what needs/will be done to my vehicle. I will continue to bring my cars in for service to Firestone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service Had my vehicle in there on New Years Eve. After they did some major repairs, they tried to tell me I needed a new transmission. After being closed on New Years Day, they realized they just forgot to connect the struts back to the vehicle properly. The vehicle is a taxi and I lost the biggest night of the year for work. Stick to tires only. I do not trust your maintenance advice or work..

They are several occassions have checked my tire pressure. This is the service that keeps me coming back there to get all of my car services done. I'm thankful for them.
