Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service I used Firestone recently when I was in desperate need of a tire patch. Even though it was closing time, Ryan helped me out and kept the store open a little later. I was a complete wreck because I had to get on the road for a funeral and he patiently listened. He didn't act like a jerk when I was freaking out and he kept a smile on his face even though I was keeping him at work when he was supposed to be going home. I will definitely come back to firestone if he is the one helping me.

I had a coupon for a free engine light code-check, and the person at the store took a few minutes to explain to me what the codes meant so I would know what needed to be done for me engine. Thanks!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs Better Systems In Place There were discrepancies on the vehicle inspection and what was on the invoice. The inspection stated that the brakes were done recently but the invoice stated that the rear brakes/rotors/backing plates were due for replacement. I had replaced the rear brakes within the past 12 months and the truck does about 90% highway driving. They did not discuss this with me, I read it on the invoice. Why would "Cabin Air Filter-If Applies" be suggested for replacement? This vehicle doesn't have one. They recommended a complete front end of steering components to be replaced, yet they did an alignment. They also stated the gear box has play. How can this be done if the front end has loose components? I was offered 6 months no interest financing. I took the financing but was not informed of when I was to start payments and where to send them to or who the financing was through. This store needs to look at its processes and make the appropriate changes to enhance the customer's experience and to ensure that the customer is informed on their visit. I am a well informed consumer with many years of automotive experience and management in the automotive business.
