Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating Service I scheduled an appointment online for the week prior for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. When I got there they told me that they didn't have me on their schedule and I rescheduled for the next week. After they were done with my truck that day they said they had only done the oil change and did not have time to do an alignment and rotation. They said I would need to make another appointment for that.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from inspection I feel like I was taken advantage of. I tookmy vehicle in for inspection and was told I needed 1300 $ worth of repairs. I took it to another sho for a second opinions and they said it only needed half of that work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service When I came in and asked for pricing on tires the manager immediately showed me several different tires and their pricing. He did not try to push all the "extra" adds only suggest "road hazard." There was no pressure to purchase, just gave me facts on the different tires he was suggesting. And was professional and friendly through the whole process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Friendly work was great, wanst pushy on upsales I was able to schedule an appintment online and when I arrived all tires were there ready to go adn I was in and out in a timely manner, service was great, manager was friendly and went over other items I will need to wath out for to keep the vehicle in great shape but wasnt agressive or pushy. was pleased adn will be bringing other vehicles back for service

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inspection You all did great on completing the inspection in a timely fashion from when our appointment was but upon having someone else complete the service which you failed us for, they did not agree that we should have failed for all 4 brake hoses, just 2 of them.

Very unhappy, pointed out what was supposedly someone else's mistake not rotating my new tires to the front, once I said isn't it standard practice to rotate new tires to the front they said oh yes absolutely, so then I pointed out well, they were both purchased at Firestone instead of saying anything else about it they offered me a credit card to cover needed services and so again I repeated my question and the gentlemen said well there's nothing we can do now they are directional tires, hmm didn't ask for those kinda tires. Took the over priced estimate elsewhere and got a quote for about half the price.

I worked for years in automotive customer service and management. I understand how difficult this business can be. The key is always to stay upbeat and don't let the bad customers ruin your experience with the good ones. I always get treated professionally and courteously. Even if I just stop in for a pressure check. Great job, Steve, Preston & Daryll!
