Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service I called for an appt 6/27/15 for an oil change for my 2012 Toyota Sienna and was told that I could drop it off that day. I dropped it off at 11 am explained that my "maintenance required" light had gone and also my "tire air light" and I needed service. The technician explained all the checks and "top off's" that were included in the service, to include tire air pressure. I was called at 4;30pm to come and pick it up. I arrived and paid approx 90.00$, and was given the keys. I drove out of the lot with all lights still on on my dash. I went back and explained this to the technician who called out to the work garage and a new guy came in. He said that he tried to reset the light a couple of times but it didnt work, so he didnt know how to do it !!!!! He said that right in front of me!!! So the Firestone solution was to just forget it and call me to come get it. The low tire light was also on. I realize that that light may take a small ammt of driving to turn off. The head technician was called out to attempt to re-set my light, which he was able to do. He told me that he googled it because there is so much new technology that he " could'nt keep up"! It was made worse by his trying to explain to me that every 5000 miles the "check engine" light goes on indicating service is required..."like oil change and wipers and stuff". I asked him how he knew which service was required with every 5000 mi? Was there a light that indicated oil change vs. brakes vs. wipers? He said "um, well we know it means oil change" It was obviously a complicated question for him to actually grasp ,as I asked it 3 times and was given the same answer each time like Groundhog Day. I seriously began to question if my oil had actually been changed. I asked him to check the tire pressures and ended up adding air to both of my front tires!! Needless to say, this was a failure in customer care as well as a failure in service satisfaction

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trusted Service My greatest concern (as a woman with limited knowledge of auto mechanics) with car service is being able to trust that whatever service is recommended is in fact necessary and will be completed efficiently and quickly. My experience with this Firestone has always been completely satisfying. This week beside normal oil change, etc. I had been smelling a strange odor with the AC. The store manager, Bryan, eased my anxiety and told me they would do a check and call me later. Of course they found and rectified the problems with the car. Since I have picked it up, it runs perfectly - no sounds - no smells. This is the best Firestone in the country. Whenever I am out of state and need to do auto repair - I always find the other Firestone Stations come up short - whether it is in customer interactions or knowledge. Bryan will actually ask for coupons and give you an opportunity to save. Thanks Branford FIrestone. You have earned my trust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and Friendly service this was the first time I have ever been to firestone. the place was so clean and fast. they answered all my questions and kept me updated about my car the whole time. I went next door to get a bite to eat and they even called me to update me. so happy with my first time there. I usually get nervous when it comes to dealing with car problems but they kept me cool and collected I will definitely be back!
