Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Service I have the lifetime alignment service, so this is my go to place for that. My last 2 visits were a headache. The 1st visit, I made an appointment online. But when I got to the shop, they had no record of my appointment. They basically told me the online appointment option was pointless & I should've called after booking it online. Isn't that the point of doing things online? He then told me I needed to make another appointment & come back another day. Which is such an inconvenience since I had to leave work early & drove all the way across town in rush hour traffic. So for my last visit I called first thing in the morning & scheduled an appointment for that day at 4:30pm. I arrived on time & was then told I needed to reschedule my alignment for another day because they close at 6pm & they need at least 3 hours to do that service. I could not believe they were not going to do the work & had the nerve to have an attitude with me when I said I want my alignment done today at my scheduled time because that's the time that was given to me by one of the employees I spoke to that morning. The employees at that location do not pride themselves in customer service at all. I'd rather pay full price for my alignments then have to deal with people & scheduling like this every time I need that service done.
