Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wouldn't trust them beyond basic maintenance. I used these guys last month despite the bad reviews becuase I could walk back to work rather than wait - Big mistake. I had an appointment to replace front ball joints which was quoted to take 2-3 hours. I dropped it off at 9:00am and at 5:00pm they said they couldn't finish it that day. Had to call the wife to get a ride. Ended up taking another full day because they apparently broke a part and had to replace that too. Also used a different brand of parts than I requested. On a positive note they did refund labor charges for my inconvenience (hence the 2-star vs. just 1-star rating). based off my experience and talking directly with the mechanic working on my vehicle, I get the impression that they do not know what they are doing mechanically. I have taken my car elsewhere with better results since then

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Oil change with an appointment My last experience wasn't so pleasant but it was rectified. The purpose of making an appointment is to have your services done on a schedule and not have to wait because you are behind on your work. And one of the things I also experienced was seeing employees in the work area playing with kids/family members while I wait for my services.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer Service Recovery Firestone Schofield issued me a refund. Thank you for the prompt reply. It shows excellent customer service to resolve a situation that could have had dire consequences (inappropriate repair of the rear shocks and strut when the front strut was severely broken leaking oil, that could have led to car breakdown while driving on the freeway). Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away They told me that I needed a $900 pump because it was a Mercedes pump to get my 'Check Engine' light to turn off. They replaced it, and the light did not go away. They could not explain why. I took it to another mechanic that found that it was a bad fuse, and according to the stored faults, the pump was never bad. Further, they had put an Isuzu part in instead of a Mercedes part. So they charged me almost $1000 for a part that I didn't need, and didn't even give me that part that they charged me for.
