Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good service, sneaky sales tactic, expensive I've used this Firestone before and have been satisfied with the service if not necessarily the price. Father's Day I got a flat tire. I put the spare donut tire on and took my car to Firestone. They called back and said that the tire couldn't be repaired and that it needed to be replaced. They quoted me the price for a new tire and labor that with tax came to around $225. I okayed the work. After I picked up my car and went home to file the receipt I noticed a charge for "Lifetime" maintenance/rotations/etc on the receipt. I didn't ask for that. I should've looked closer at the bill before I signed it but I'd never expected that a shop I'd previously trusted would tack on, without my permission, an added fee. I would not have agreed to that charge. Besides, there are two tire shops nearby that I know give that same lifetime rotation coverage for free. I'd already reduced my use of Firestone because I felt that they would use the fee set by the computer even if it turned out to only be 5 minutes of work instead of 35. I'd rather do business with a garage that doesn't sneakily add charges, and charges me for actual work rather than some formula developed by corporate bean counters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Roderick Bell and David Brown deserve raises Last week I was stuck with my friend in Nashville on our way home to Denver on a road trip. I had cracked a rim after getting all new tires from a Firestone down in Florida. Not only did they make sure that we were safe, they spent hours finding a solution for me so we could get back on the road and make it to work on time. Impeccable customer service. Best experience I have had getting work done on my car ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Service ever!! I came in to get my oil dipstick housing replaced. When they looked at it, one of the pieces were stuck and it wouldn't budge. They worked on it vicariously until it came out. And on top of that they serviced another issue they seen wrong with the car with no hesitation. The crew was wonderful and very helpful. Being a woman from another state, it's hard to trust another mechanic, but I will definitely take my car to these guys for any mechanical issues. You cannot beat hospitality and knowledge. These guys are angels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from People are Great, Service Needs Improvement My most experience well the outcome wasn't good nor bad because they didn't have adequate enough time to do the work from the time I dropped it off at 8 til 5:20 to see where fuel is leaking at so I've been driving around with a fuel leak until I can get back there again between my work hours. However, with that being said the people inside the service center are outstanding and very nice. I would say an A+ on customer service, no doubt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Delivered Quality Service in the End.... I stopped by the Harding PL / Nolensville Pike to get an estimate for new tires. Unfortunately they only had 2 and recommended their other store on Old Hickory Blvd. They called the location and reserved 4 tires. I drove 5 minutes away and was immediately greeted by the Manager who stated, "Welcome, we've been waiting for you and we have your tires for immediate installation." I was impressed! I elected the service that had roadside service, unlimited balancing, and alignment. My service was quoted 90 minutes and just about the end of that time frame I was approached by my service advisor that my tires were on the alignment machine. Unfortunately 30 minutes later he told me the same thing. My first disappointment. After a little bit, the service advisor came out to show me the alignment report. He stated that I could get the alignment for an additional $89 or the next level for $100 something. I GASP! I was lost! I thought my service included an alignment with a new set of 4 tires. He stated it was only an "alignment check". I corrected him immediately and he agreed to complete the alignment for $0. Five minutes later I was delivered my car and drove away very happy. Make sure you understand if it is an "alignment" or "alignment check". It could save you some frustration.
