Rated 2 out of 5 by from good service when they got around to it During my recent visit, I had an 11:00 appointment. I arrived of time. While filling out the paperwork, a delivery truck blocked the parking lot. Since they could not move my car into the service bay, I had to wait. An hour later the trick left and my car service began. So what should have been 30 minutes, took over 90.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service, technical competence and value Went in for what I thought was a charging system issue but turned out to be a bad cell in the battery (Was a cheap brand battery only 6 months old). From start to finish took lees than an hour AND they did a courtesy inspection that found some minor items to keep an eye on. Didn't try to pressure me into doing work that wasn't immediately needed. I appreciate that type of honesty and will continue to bring them my business.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Service My experience at this store was outstanding. I made an appointment to have 4 new Tires put on. I arrived only to find them very busy and had to wait a bit. I had a few bad Lugs and nuts which they replaced. The crew there was helpful and professional. The only issue I had was not with the staff but with pricing. Buying 4 new tires and then paying $20 per tire to balance each one seems steep to me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good service I had my tires rotated about a month ago, i had them check the life of my brake pads. I drive a Ford F-350 with disc brakes on all four tires.They said front pads were good and rear pads were near the end of there life, they tried to sell me new rear brakes pads at nearly $175 for the pair of pads more expensive then new rotors they were also trying to sell me which is just insane.

Even after my dad has passed over 4 years ago the manager Kip always ask how I'm doing and how my mom is doing. I will always take any car I own to Firestone.
