Anytime I just drive in and need air in tires checked or my antifreeze checked they are happy to do it. When something is wrong with car they always explain it and what their recommendations. John and new manager (I forgot his name, sorry) are great keeping me informed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Great! I don't buy any other tire than Firestone. My father, Mel Oldham, worked for Firestone for many years. I remember him telling me there was nothing more important on a vehicle than the tires and Firestones are the best. I was so excited when the Enid store moved back into their original location. The service I received 5-4-15 was excellent. The employees were courteous and informative.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not reliable Made an appointment for 8:30am for an oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment. Returned at 2:30 and the service wasn't even started. Was suppose to be finished by 2:00. When I returned, they said they had some problems but failed to even call to let me know. Ended up waiting up 5:30 for my car to be ready. A phone call would have been appreciated!!! Poor customer service. This isn't the first time this has happened. How hard is it to pick up the phone and make a call. Or offer a discount on services for not being finished in a TIMELY manner.
