Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Experience Took my car in for an issue that recurred despite being supposedly fixed at Firestone a year ago when a part on my car was replaced. Now they are telling me I need a completely different part replaced for the same problem. Also charged me over 5 times as much as last year just for the diagnostic, despite doing no repairs or labor. When I questioned the service, I received very argumentative responses from the staff.

Although the technicians clearly missed a simple issue with a stripped oil plug, Firestone agreed to honor their mistake by replacing the entire oil pan and offering up free oil changes at no charge which tells me a lot about the integrity of the staff and wanting to retain my business over the long term.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service Had to get an hotel because they wouldn't change a tire at 4:00 pm , sat afternoon! Cost me an extra night at a hotel , cars that were being service when I arrived sat were still there sunday.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My second and a last visit After first visit, that was the same, I got a call from the Manager. He was nice, he apologized to me about inconvenience and he asked me for the free oil change and refunds for the cab. I said it's okay, then I told him that I want to get the front two tires and he gave me a good discount and a free oil change. I left my car there around 3:30 PM and I was told the car will be ready within one hour and they will give me a call to pick it up, and I confirmed this time that. When I came home, I got a call from them who asked me if I want to get the 4 tires done with the same discounts applied to other two tires. I said okay. After 7 PM when the shop was closed, I got a call that the car is ready. I told him that I need this car urgently tomorrow, I have so much work to do, and if it was taking that long you should have told me so that I could bring it some other day. Well because of this the other day I had no car, I took cab to go to college and then to work, I spent like $200 on cab that day, and when I went back there to pick my car, I didn't complain, I just paid the money and I left, because it was my last time there. I was really disappointed. Bad service, I would say. And now who's responsible for the money I spent on cabs and the waste of my time.
