I have never been disappointed with the service I haved received. Victor and his staff are always very friendly and kind. They will go over options if I need them to. I would recommend this Firestone to anyone who ask me for a good place to service their vehicle. The survey gives only a five star rating, I give them a "10" star rating!! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to voice my opinion for these great group of people. God bless them all! Mel r

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Service I use Firestone all the time. The customer service is great and they are very knowledgeable so the repairs are fast and correct. They are always friendly and explain the repairs or service done completely. The only problem I have with them is their pricing, which tends to be very costly. However, as long as I can come up with the money I will continue to use them :) Sometimes it's better to pay more and get the job done right the first time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service and products I have used Firestone since 2001 when I lived in The Woodlands. When I moved to Arlington in 2007, I had my account transferred. I have always been happy and pleased with the work that Firestone does. In fact, I take all three of my cars to Firestone when I need work done. I can always go in and talk with Ken, Victor and Jared.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honest and friendly. I always go to Firestone for car maint & repairs and my last trip was another reason why. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had an appointment before I had to be at work to have my battery replaced. They had it done in maybe 10 mins! Seems like I got comfy to watch tv in the waiting area to wait awhile and then they were calling my name and I was like, "Sweet!". In and out of there fast for a something simple...how it should be. :)

Returned to have problems fixed but was told they were referring me to go to the dealership because they could not help. Took vehicle to the dealership, I'm having the same problem I had 5 months ago. After my vehicle had been at the dealership for a week firestone wanted me to bring my vehicle back to them and let them repair it because I had ask for a refund. I tell them I'm going to let the dealership repair it because they could not find the problem and referred me to go to the dealership.
