Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time I have stupidly gone back to them several times since they offer the 6 month no interest financing card. The amount of extra money that I have spent there goes above anything I would spend anywhere else. On top of that, the literal amount of time that I have spent there is ridiculous! Two times I had to actually sit at Firestone for over six hours to get work done, the third time I was able to leave my vehicle and they took two and a half days to do a simple oil change and state inspection! I was FURIOUS and will never go back and will warn everyone else from going their as well. Completely unacceptable!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from having doubts This location is always a hit or miss. Staff turnover is unusually high. Last time I went in for an alignment I'm not sure it was actually done. The beforeandafter print out wasn't given to me. What was given to me was the suggested specs instead. Also, it was for the wrong generation of my car, which matters.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Service I have the rear pad brakes in my honda 2008 repaired because of a squeeke noise it was making. A week later I have to return because the brakes didn't feel right. But this time the techs gave me a list of repairs for a total of $1,500.00. I didn't believe their explanation so I went to a dealership. Then, I have the front brakes changed, the rear brakes adjusted, (because firestone didn't fix it right), and I replaced the 4 tires everything for $900.00. The car drives like new. I do not recommend firestone in Plano and Buckingham

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great caring service. I recently had my car service at this location and had a front end alignment and a 60,000 mile service performed to it. The bottom line is that my car drives and rides like a brand new car! Shortly after this service a check engine light came on my car so I returned to have it diagnosed because they thought the light coming on may have had something to do with the 60,000 mile service they performed on it. They had a problem finding the cause of the warning light and I had to take it back to them twice. Shortly after the second trip the warning light went out and hasn't come back on. They thought the problem was a bad charcoal canister and were going to order me a replacement. Anyway, about 1 to 2 weeks after the light went out I thought I'd call them to settle up on the charges but was told since the light went out to don't worry about the charges. I was very pleasantly surprised! They will have my business from now on and any car I purchase.
