The sales associate, Jacob,whom I dealt with when I actually brought my car in for a new tire on a scheduled appointment was very good,..very knowledgeable and offered the replacement /warranty which was not offered the evening before when I stopped there to have them check my tire.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last few visits have been horrible Since I have been going to the Port Richey Firestone location for the past 2 years I've been about 50 50 on my visits. Sometimes they do a good job and take care of you well, half the time they do not. My most recent visit I had a problem with my drivers side window not working. I had a Fidelity warranty that Firestone said they honor which was the only reason I brought my car there in the first place. They checked it on Saturday and said they couldn't order the part from the dealership until Monday, also said they would get my window in the up position so I could still drive the car but when I went back to pick up the car in the afternoon they didn't put the window back up so my car was there all day and they did absolutely nothing they promised. Waited until Thursday and nobody called me back. I finally call them to check on the status and nothing had been done the part had not been ordered and probably wouldn't of been ordered if I hadn't called. While on the phone with the manager she basically kept brushing me off and telling me to take the car to the dealership because with my warranty they weren't going to make any money on the deal. I told her I just need my window fixed and you guys said you would honor the warranty from the beginning. Finally she said bring it in again on Saturday(a week later by this point) and they would take care of it. Took it in and they said they couldn't figure out they problem and again for probably the 10th time she said take it to the dealer. I honestly feel like they brushed me off and didn't want to service my car because they didn't want to deal with my warranty. I wasted two Saturdays in the shop when they could of just told me from the get go that they wouldn't take the warranty. So after everything I will take the manager Darlene's advice, from now on I will take my car to the dealership to take care of all my service needs and will no longer be using Firestone. Worst service I have ever had and I would guess that they would of treated me a lot different if I didn't have a warranty that they did not want to deal with.
