Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tire repair I went in for a tire repair. I was told that I needed a new tire because the nail hit the corner of the tire and the patch won't stick inside, the tire was not leaking air...after I took the old tire home (which had 5k miles on it).. I found that there is no puncture of the tire and the nail that was removed was on the outside surface. I would not recommend having your tires fixed there, however for a tire replacement they do have good prices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience! I had been to a few other places to get my car fixed, and I left them because I just didn't have the feeling they were honest, or that they really cared! Eric the manager, and Joe the technician were friendly and caring and patient from the minute I walked in the door. The problems with my car were explained to me in a way I could understand, and they gave me the feeling that I was certainly in the right place. Next time I have a problem, I won't have to search again. I will go straight back to them!

I also had experienced with the inspectorJoseph very kind left my paper work in the car. Will be going back again that's for sure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from service is great! on-line scheduling sux I had scheduled a Saturday appointment and received my email confirmation an hour after the store closed! I tried again successfully a day later. The manager told me I should have called, they were slow all day and could have taken care of me. I think the sad part, he basically "dissed" the on-line system as being unreliable. I am the type that embraces new technology and feel he would have been better not to talk about the yucky scheduler at all..on the order of apologizing with a simple "we'll try harder next time".. it just me. The web based scheduler is really written well, just fails half the time (on my two attempts lol)
