Rated 1 out of 5 by from Price estimate 50% more than shop down the road. Pretty disappointing, as Firestone is very convenient for me. Been bringing my cars there for years. Recently, a brake estimate didn't sit well with me, so I took the car to a different shop down the road. They did the job at for hundreds less. This disparity does not sit well with me, and will likely prevent me from returning.

While they repaired my car, I feel they over charged me because they could. When I got home, I found other places that would have done it for 200 -300 less. I wont use any Firestone again unless I have to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Experiences... I had a 4:00pm appointment. Was promised to have both vehicles completed before 5:00pm. One vehicle was taken back at 5:00pm. The other vehicle was taken back at about 5:15pm. Services were not completed until 6:00pm. I was also not kept informed regarding the status of services. Service advisors did not check the tire pressure on neither vehicle, which prompted me to go to a gas station to add air in both vehicles. It was pointless to make an appointment since I was there for two hours for a tire rotation on two vehicles. The technicians put my tires on incorrectly, which caused rubbing. You would think they would look to see that the back tires are bigger than the front tires. I ended up taking my car to a different tire company after days of scrubbing sounds and technicians there clearly saw that the wheels were places on incorrectly. Furthermore, before this visit, I made an appointment a few weeks in advance for an oil change. After I arrived and my vehicle was taken to the back, I was then told that they didn't have a filter or the proper oil for my vehicle. The service advisor told me that they went ahead and topped off all my fluids. That was a lie. I ended up having to go purchase windshield washer fluid and antifreeze later that day to top off my own fluids. I was told that they would leave the ticket open and I would get a call the next day as the items needed to be ordered. Next day came - no call. So I called. Was once again told the same thing and that the items had not been ordered. I was also told that I would get a call back. The next day came again - no call. So once again, I called. This time I spoke with the manager, Andy. He said that he would look into it and give me a call back the same day. I certainly was not surprised after not receiving a call back from Andy that day. So instead of following up with Andy once again to see about getting my oil changed, I ended up scheduling an appointment with a different company to have my oil change. Based on both of my visits, I will not be returning to this location, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
