Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not again Every time I go to them and would like a simple oil change or state inspection the technician has to give us a hard time. We have very good cars and they make them seem like they are clunkers and about to break down. Instead of working with your faithful customer, Firestone makes you feel like not coming back again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrieble I will not use Firestone on Fort Bliss. They treated me terrible. The work was below average. They charged me and gave me the keys. I drove the vehicle home and noticed they had not done the job.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok service I feel that the mechanics do not do all the checks they claim to do and provide the coustomer with a list of additional services or repairs needing to be done that they dont really check. I came for oil change and was given a invoice with a few other iteams that need to be done, some that service had already been preformed by another shop prior to coming to Firestone. When l left there were oil spots on the vehicle that had been wiped but not clear cleaned off. I was told all fluid levels would be checked and topped off dasnt the case. Power steering was low when l arrived and was low when l arrived home. Bottom line up front l dont really trust them on post or not. Thanks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great service So far I've been pleased with Firestone Complete Auto Care Centers. I have been taking my vehicles for the past 6-7 yrs, and the service has been good. They also try to maintain the grease of the interior and no oil spills once I get my oil changed. Further more I used the $20.00 certificate will it help me get the "Full Synthetic Oil" for my vehicle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Almost Fair for the Price I used them because they accept all types of credit cards. Other thatn that I have to be careful with them because if I think I need service on something they will fix whatever it is if they can but they tend to not tell you if you say for instance, 'I think my truck needs an oil change ", and they'll do the oil change. Then you come to find out that you didn't even need the oil change yet. They should inform the customer of what is actually needed if any repairs.
