Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible service I used them a week ago and right after I left my tire sensor light came on. I went back a few days later and they said I had to wait about 4 hours to get it looked at again. Haven't had a chance to go back because tire sensor light is still on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wish I would have been notified I always take my car to get an oil change here because Ive had nothing but good experiance. I am even a gold member I go here so often. This last time I thought I had another succesful visit. During this visit I had a tire rotation and an oil change. Exactly a week later the low tire signal came up on my dash board, so I took it to discount tire which is right across the street from me. Where they informed me I needed new tires, where they showed me how the treads,wiring from the front two tires were coming off due to alignment issues. My first thought was why didnt Firestone inform me of this, when they had to have noticed because I got a tire rotation and it was even noted on my reciept. I drive 80 miles a day to my job. When it comes to the care of my car I do not take chances. I am upset that Firestone did not inform me of the status of my tires.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good service, little communication I made an appointment to get a lifetime alignment done. They were prompt, i was done in about an hour. But my only issue was that they did not take the time to explain the lifetime alignment. As a woman, it would have been nice to know how its covered.
