Rated 1 out of 5 by from no need to have an appointment I used them with an appointment time of 1130 didn't get my car back until 630 for an oil change and on top of that my Aux cord was missing. Will not go back to them EVER

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lacking follow up I have been using Firestone Auto repair for all scheduled maintenance and repairs on my vehicles for many years. Was not real happy with last visit, issue still not resolved. Called shop today to see if part had arrived that was spouse to have been here last week, all they could tell me was "part was in town" would call me back when they found it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service I pulled in 10 minutes before closing time with a large screw in my tire. I went in and spoke to Jake. He knew it was close to everyone leaving and asked if I could leave it over night. When I explained my situation as he looked at the tire he said to follow him inside and let him check with one of the service reps. He told one me that Craig was going to change my tire. The screw was so large I had to replace my fairly new tire. Jake had a new tire in stock, Craig had the tire on and I was out the door at 7:07. I am so impress with the customer service I received that I will always return to this shop.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Again I had an alignment done on my car at the same time as new tires were put on here. Four months later and I'm replacing my front tires do to the extreme amount of uneven ware to the inside of both tires!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor service I work for a company that has a national account with Firestone, so I am required to get all of my routine maintenance completed at Firestone, therefore, I have a lot of experience with the service of Firestone in general. I have been taking my work vehicle to this specific location for a little over 1 year and will talk about my experience with this specific location because they do vary by location, however, my experience at the other location I used to take it in West Texas was poor as well. I visit the Firestone on a monthly basis because I do a lot of driving, so I am typically taking my vehicle in for oil changes and tire rotations. After working in the tire and lube business for a while myself, I am aware that this service should take an hour at the most once it enters the bay, assuming no other issues arise. They have ALWAYS taken approximately 2-5 hours. There may have been one occasion when I showed up as the first customer at 7 a.m. (which they don't take reservations for before 8 a.m.), they finished it in about 1.5 hrs. The service desk is shorthanded and busy about 90% of the time. One time, an issue did arise, so they called me and informed me about it. I instructed them to call my superior to get approval and I even called my superior to warn him that they would call him and I informed Firestone that I would do so. I showed back up at Firestone about 30 minutes after that, sat there for about an hour, AND THEN, the gentleman at the front desk calls me up there and says that they hadn't even started the work yet, because they hadn't called to get the approval (possibly a consequence of being shorthanded on the front end). I told him to just put the tires back on and I would worry about it another time. If I recall correctly, the issue was the wheel bearings needed tightening according to them. That day took about 6 hours. I dropped it back off on a Friday after work for the repairs that they said were necessary, but in the meantime, I recalled that they had recently replaced the wheel bearings within 6 months and that they should be covered under the warranty. Several hours later, they called and informed me that nothing was wrong with the bearings and that a lug was loose and that was it. Very fishy business. Why not have just tightened the nut before and saved 3 hours the week before. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of the company that I work for. To say the least, they have not earned respect or trustworthiness from me. I am forced to use this location because they are the closest one and the next one is an additional 30 minutes away. Another time, they were out of some EPA form for state inspection and couldn't complete my inspection. It always has been a poor experience. I wish they would wise up and focus on their customer service.
