Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good service, fair, and reliable I've been going to the Firestone on 135th and Antioch in Overland Park (store #322454) for almost 5 years. They've serviced 5 cars ranging from 20 years and 200K+ miles to brand new. I like the mechanics and managers. They provide good, fair, and reliable service. Providing estimates for what needs to get done for safety; what could get done, but can wait; and what the manufacturer claims you should have done but don't really need. Charlie is great. Provides advice based on who is driving the car (child, wife, or me) and where/how they drive. We recently had a problem with our Ford mini-van following a routine service call that they traced to a faulty seal they had installed the year before. Even though the seal was no longer under warranty, there was no charge for the parts and labor.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Got new tires and new problems. Went in and bought 4 new tires. Once they were on my car it started pulling to the left. Took it back and they said it was out of alignment. I had them do the lifetime alignment. Car still was pulling to the left. Took the car back in. Asked them to look at the alignment and if that wasn't it to figure out how my car went from not pulling to the left to pulling left after they out tires on. I also told them I wasn't going to be able to get back until after their work hours and would need the car left out with the keys in the console. I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem. I was contacted right before they closed that night and was told that the alignment was fine. I asked for the reason it was pulling left and was told that they could try to diagnos it at a later date for a cost. I said forget it. And asked again for the car to be left out so I could get it. When I arrived that evening the ar was locked inside their garage. I had to go back in the morning and be late to work. I will use Firestone again for the alignment (because it's paid for) but I'll never go back for any other service. Spending money with them just caused more problems and them asking for me to spend more money with them. One employee was rude to me. Every other employee was exceptionally nice and curteous. (that's why I didn't give 1 star)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Please pay attention Customer for 15 years. Last visit oil cap left off and noticed 5 days later when I lifted hood. Previous visit for other vehicle, oil filter seal crimped when installed, not sealing correctly causing oil to leak. Firestone did remedy this right away once called. Thankfully it was noticed by the oil on the garage floor

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hub cap fell off The service was allright. They did take a lot time to complete the oil change, rotate and balance tires, and alignment but I was expecting that. A few days after my hub cap fell off. Of course i can't prove it but I don't think they put it back on correctly and thats why it fell off.
