Rated 1 out of 5 by from repair my tire took my car there they check it only took 15 minutes charme 107 dollar. didn't find the problem. an the car still had a bad noice. took it to an other mecanic. and found the problem right a way. so this place took my money and didn't fixed the problem

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience Went and got my oil changed, made a waiter appointment and it took over an hour and a half. They decided to sign me up for a full car scan, which cost $20 and I didn't want. A week or so later I opened my hood to add washer fluid and discovered oil ALL over my engine and a mess because they didn't put the cap on after the change. Manager didn't handle the situation very perfessionally after I called down and then it took another hour to get everything. Worst oil change experience ever and it was my first time trying them, not a good first impression.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service Very fast service and a very friendly staff. Shawn visited with each customer for a few minutes a couple times while I was there. He updated me on the status of my car several times during my visit and explained my bill at the end. On this trip all I needed was tires and an oil change. In the past when I would have my service done on any of my vehicles I would get this laundry list of things the dealership felt I needed to have done. The last time I took my wife?s brand new Honda Mini-Van to the Honda dealership they wanted to change the transmission fluid and I didn?t even have 10k of mileage on the thing! Shawn did a complete multipoint inspection and reported nothing outside of standard vehicle maintenance. To me that builds trust. When I come back and if he found something needing repair I am more likely to believe this is really an issue and not some profitable unneeded repair that is the norm in many shops. Trust leads to brand loyalty which equals repeat business. Thank you to Shawn and his crew.
