Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I had my car aligned and thought it was a great turnover time when I got a call back within an hour and told it was ready for pick up. However when I got to the location I was told it was not ready and was not able to be aligned all the way due to a bolt. They said they needed to order the bolt from another location and I would have to wait and could not take my car or they would charge me for another alignment after getting the bolt put in since it would not be covered under the warranty. I agreed to have the bolt replaced and when I came back the second time the guy said that he," found a bolt in the shop and used that one so I wouldnt get charged" I dont know that they put on the correct bolt or replaced it at all since he was not able to supply the one that was supposedly replaced but I had to pay for additional labor. Then the guy checking me out said that I wouldnt have to worry about anything later if I got the lifetime alignment service which I dont see why I would have to worry about anything since they claim they did it correctly. I dont feel comfortable with the work that was supposedly done and will have to take my car to another shop to have it inspected as I dont think finding a bolt in the shop is a good way to provide service to a customer that already agreed to pay for it to be done right. Also, you should make sure if the car is not ready that you are clear on your message instead of setting wrong expectations and making people run all over town when you could have told them over the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service In the last 3 months I have had service done on my car, oil changes and bought four new tires. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. Everyone who assists you is professional, courteous and knowledgable. The work was done on time and at the prices quoted. The facility is clean and very efficiently run. You can't go wrong trusting your car to Martin and his qualfied staff

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never had any issues I take my Jeep to Firestone for it's regular oil changes, and one time I had my brakes done. Being that I am a 26 y/o female who knows nothing about cars aside from how to put gas, I trust the staff there with their recommendations and suggestions with my vehicle. The only thing I don't like is I ALWAYS make an appointment for my oil changes, and even if I make appointments I'm told there is a wait still... even as long as a 2 hour wait! Isn't that the point of an appointment? Staff is always friendly, and "dumbs down" things for me when making recommendations, which I appreciate. I will continue to take my business there!
