Rated 1 out of 5 by from service was misleading Was told I needed over two thousand dollars worth of work done on my car. Which was not true very dissappointed in this location. I had taking my car to a local dealership and was told everything firestone had recommended had been done. Also had purchased the pre purchase inspection on the car I was getting ready to buy. So again very dissppointed not exculding very upset for been lied to by someone whos suppose to be a professional.

They have always been good to take the time to test it and not be pushy to try to sell me a new battery when I didn't really need it. Since I was starting to have some trouble with the battery, I decided to replace it before the cold weather sets in. I have been extremely pleased with the service up to now, but when I went to pay and check out. The person taking care of my paperwork took a call and devoted his entire focus to the caller and ignored me. It was as if he had my money so I no longer mattered. I understand being busy, but take care of the customer in front of you. I would never treat my customers in my business this way. How rude!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No more business I brought issues to the attention of the Manager at this Firestone regarding the charges and poor service on a 99 Escort ZX2 rear brakes. They overcharged for the brake shoes, which I found for $25 online, and did not adjust the emergency brake. In addition, I brought into question charges to replace the front brakes, which needed to be replaced, not the rear brakes. The manager, Roger, stated that he would credit my account given the poor experience. Turns out he never did anything at all. This was addressed earlier this month when I had an issue with the charges, wrote corporate headquarters, whom never responded to my inquiry regarding their pricing. Essentially, since Roger didn't keep his word, thus compromising his integrity; I will pay off the credit card amount and cancel the card. There are many places to buy tires and get oil changes, Firestone will not be one of them.

Had the car towed here late in the evening and they were able to get the vehicle in and recommend a hotel nearby. Service was completed on time the next day and at a reasonable price. Got home safe and only one day late thanks to these folks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service from Roger I was in and bought new tires for my Honda accord. I drive from Springfield to KC on a weekly basis so I needed good reliable tires for weather. Very pleased with tires purchased my little car gets around like a champ in the snow!! Thank you!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Customer Service I initially started going to this location because it was newer than, and more modern than the Grandview location. But after a couple of visits I realized that I made a mistake. The middle aged female customer care rep there is less than candid in her dealings with customers and the young manager to be (as he describes himself) has no customer relations knowledge at all. It's all about Firestone, Firestone, Firestone. A dedicated Firestone customer for more than 30 years, I will never set foot in this location again. Grandview location and employees, you are a site for sore eyes!
