Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice staff. Great service! I went there twice for my TPMS indicator. First I thought it was due to low pressure and I went to pump some air into the tires. Though they did not charge a dime, the staff were very polite and extremely friendly. It turned out that it was a bad sensor and I had to make an appointment. I was able to get the appointment within a few days. Everything was done well-within the time-frame I was told, even though I was late for 10 min due to something unexpected at work. So they certainly have done their part and I would love to go again and again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Professional service with timely service I have a car that needs four wheel alignment multiple times a years. I did a little research and found Firestone offered a lifetime alignment service. The Zionsville Firestone had good reviews. When I called to schedule an appointment they also talked intelligently about my specific model of car and it's unique alignment needs. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they took me right in and delivered the service as promised and reviewed the alignment measures both pre and post service. The car drives great now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Come on, guys. Needed a tire repair which turned out that I needed a new tire. No problem. Bought the tire and the guys even insisted they put it on the vehicle. They took off the spare and put on my new tire. Problem is, they put the spare back wrong and I only noticed it when it was half hanging off from under my vehicle. This is the second time they've screwed something up but I gave them a second chance. That's it for me.
