Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not satisfied Took van for oil change n tire rotation. I was told I needed some more things to the van in which I said just change filters. The van was done in short time (not too many cars waiting) I left n heard a noise coming through the vents of air conditioner. A few days later I went back they adjusted something and it worked fine. Two days later the signal showed that one of my tires was low. Went back told them about it and they checked right away to tell me that it needed air. I just had the tires rotated what is up with that. So I had to make two extra trips. What if I had gone on a trip after the initial work? The attend end was very nice, but my service is not what it should been. Ursula Adam

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The service was awful!! I had an appointment at 9am to get 4 new tires. I told them I was going to the PX to walk around. I was told the car would be ready about 11. I came back about 10:30 to check the progress and my car hadn't even been moved! I asked the manager and he apologized and said they would be pulling it in shortly. After sitting in the waiting room another 2 1/2 hours, they finally pulled my car in. I explained to the manager I had to pick my son up in a neighboring town by 230 and he said no problem. At 215, and after I threw a huge fit, my car was finally done, except they hadn't reset the TPMS in my tires. I had an appointment for a reason and it should not have taken over 5 hours to get tires. Thank goodness I turned down the alignment!!! I might still be there.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dissappointed We have used this facility several times but today it was horrible. The store opened an hour later. I approached for a service, and said I would wait the person told me it would take 3 hours. I waited and it took forty minutes. I believe that was a tactic for me to leave so they could take that long for a tire rotation. I asked was my tire pressure checked the gentleman murmured something to the person helping me and he talked to me as though I was idiot and that's what they do automatically. This was the poorest customer service I have ever had on post. I also called and asked for an appointment and they said no appointments but when I got there a lady did have an appointment. I used to really like this facility but since management change it is bad here.
