My car sat in the bay for over 40 minutes and was worked on only after I pointed out that I had an appointment. The manager told me that I should expect an oil change to take an hour. Once work began, my car was done in 15 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks So Much! We had a great experience with Firsestone on Wade Hampton. Our timing belt broke at the intersection of highway 14 and Wade Hampton blvd on a Saturday afternoon about 3pm. It was a very stressful situation as the temperature was in the mid 90's and over 100 in our car. The only service station that seems to be open on Saturdays is Firestone and we were very thankful they were. The staff and Service Manager (Justin) were very professional, nice, and truthful. They told us there would be a 50/50 chance our car would run after they put on the timing belt. All the rental car companies away from the airport were closed by the time we needed a way home and they had one of their service men (wish I remembered his name because he was also very friendly) drive us to the airport. We got a car at Firestone's rental rate which I am sure was a considerable savings. When we went to pick up the car on Monday not only was it fixed and running to our relief but the repairs were less then originally estimated. They made a stressful situation much better for us. I recommend them very highly. And they changed the oil for us too boot.

So many friends worry about being taken advantage of if they have to take a car to be serviced. That is never a worry with Bill. He looks out for my safety and knows that my children ride in my car everyday but never pressures me into spending money on things that are not necessary.
