Rated 2 out of 5 by from Refused to Align Always had great service with Firestone and get most of my work done there. Unfortunately this time was subpar. I paid for a full synthetic oil change and wanted an alignment performed. I have a lifetime alignment that I paid for with Firestone. They related that I needed new control arms, ball joints, and sway link kits. After getting a second opinion, it turned out I did need new upper ball joints but not lower. I've since had that done elsewhere at a lower rate, and feel I was not given completely accurate information which is unfortunate. I'm now uncertain if I will have my alignment or future work done at this location.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad service I took my car in for an oil change, tires and alignment. I was later notified I needed to replace a wheel due to a crack along the bead line. They also told me they could get the wheel the next day by noon or 16:00 for $280.00. I said OK. The next day I called and was told they had the wheel and it would be ready in about an hour. Then I was told it was for another car. I asked the young man at the desk if they had a tracking number, his response was simply NO. Finally John Dean made some calls and got a tracking number and I was told the wheel was not sent NEXT DAY. Then I was told the wheel went to the wrong location and had to picked up and brought to this location. The store manager Craig Bosses said all he could do would be give me a $41 refund bringing the wheel down to cost. Then he made it would like he was doing me a favor by selling me the tires buy 3 get the 4th free, no charge in the alignment because I had a lifetime alignment and selling me the wheel "at cost" the store made no money on my car. After talking to Ty Roybal I explained to him and Bosses I could have gotten the wheel locally for $200 he agreed to a price match. I am now waiting to see how that goes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service! Today I stopped by Firestone to see if they could help me blow up a 2-person tube so the kids could enjoy some tubing on the lake today. I went in hoping that they would have a special attachment so that I could inflate the tube. Although they didn't, the manager of the store, Craig Bosse, aka MacGyver, was very resourceful and modified an attachment used in the garage by wrapping a wet paper towel to prevent the air from escaping while filling the tube up. It was an incredible experience for me. The kids and I were anxious to get on the lake, while the busy manager of the store took time out of his day to help us out. I was more than willing to pay, but he just said "Have a great day on the lake." Next time I need tires, I'll be sure to head over to Firestone in Kenwood.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Pressure! On my recent trip to Firestone, I had a female sales adviser....she did not pressure me on any of the recommended repairs. It is often intimidating just entering into a car repair shop as a women, not wanting to be taken advantage of, but at Firestone, most sales advisers have been patient and kind, even more easing was having a female sales adviser though!

As a female, they didn't make me feel stupid for not completely following what they were explaining to me. I have recommended this location to many of my friends.
