Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2 hours and no service Went in for a scheduled Oil Change, promised it would take 1.5-2 hours to complete. 2+ hours later they had not touched the car and could not promise when it would be done at all today. Very disappointed. Prepare to leave your car for the day. High margin jobs prioritized over routine service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service Service tech didn't put the my next oil change sticker and also he didn't reset maint required light after oil change. I do see maint required light is on after couple weeks of oil change.

And she made sure I was updated with what's going on with my car & she was very welcoming the first time we came in. It didn't feel like you are at a tire shop. I've been in retail management for a long time. I don't expect too much when going to a tire place because normally they just take your info & call you later or you wait & no one talks to you. But at Firestone in Sterling I was impressed. I will definitely recommend the place. Thank you for such a great service.

Then again, considering the fact that they replaced my breaks (which is literally a lifesaver), you really can't put a price on that. You get what you pay for, right? Additionally, the customer service/experience was top-notch! I cannot remember her name, but the young woman who was managing the front desk was awesome. Aside from helping me out regarding my car's maintenance, she was super kind to my daughter. That goes a long way in my opinion and I am definitely going back to this location for future maintenance needs.
