Rated 1 out of 5 by from WAS a long time customer. Moving on and away now! Recently I visited the Firestone and was advised I had an internal engine problem and was recommended to go to the Dealer. Knowing the dealer is the most expensive person in town I went to another company up the street for a second opinion and found out that it was two sensors that needed to be changed. No internal engine problem. How can you miss that? The check engine light was on and I paid for a diagnostic and you recommend me to the Dealership. Terrible service. I had trouble with my vehicles in December 2014. Had a lot of work done to my vehicle that was suggested by the Firestone crew. It did not fix my problem but was drivable and I revisit in February 2015 for the same issue and you send me to the dealership. In a matter of hours the other company was able to tell me whats wrong and fix the car. Very disappointed in Firestone and will not do business with them. Actually I have a lifetime alignment with them so I guess I will use that service at another location.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good price for an oil charge! I like Firestone for basic things like oil changes but anything major is going to run you a pretty large bill. I like that they will look up the most recent coupon and honor it in their shop. : )

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unfortunate Series of Events The personnel at this location are nice enough at face value but fail to meet expectations. I personally brought my vehicle back to this location FOUR times for the same work. The manager requested I bring it to a nearby dealership for inspection of their work TWICE and I was expected to pay for the diagnostic upfront to receive reimbursement afterwards. The first time I did so the dealership waived the $54 diagnostic charge but advised me the parts had been installed backwards. The second time I paid the fee and have still not seen the reimbursement applied to my Firestone Credit Card account (one that almost seems useless to me after such a long and agonizing experience). I have since simply traded in the vehicle after having the work re-done AGAIN in November but it was still experiencing the same issues and making the same noises when left at the dealership. Who is to say how much that actually cost me in trade-in value? I will never visit this location again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wait too Long Despite Appt. I was quite displeased with the wait although I scheduled a time to avoid their normal long wait. And the television was agonizing to even listen to while I tried to get work done. ...won't be going back there anytime soon.
