There was one person trying to handle 3 customers and 2 phones ringing one on hold for 20 min. One customer left. This was around 6:30 to 7:pm

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FINALLY AN HONEST TIRE DEALERSHIP My husband asked me to bring our Porsche to get new tires. For some reason, he felt we needed to have them replaced before we go out of town this weekend. Because I had been very satisfied with my recent experience at the E. Antrim Drive, Greenville store having our truck serviced, I called and made an appointment with sales associate, Steve Parrotta, to bring our car in. After doing a courtesy check, Steve came back and said that I didn't need new tires; that we still had a lot of tread left. You hear about how some tire stores, knowing people won't know the difference, will "find" things wrong to try and ensure a sale. The fact that Steve was honest with me by providing trustworthy advice and not trying to make a sale that was unnecessary, you can be assured that I will tell this story many, many times and recommend Firestone to everyone! He saved me time, money, and ensured to have a loyal and very verbal customer for years!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from recheck I am usually 1000 % satisfied with firestone, but this time I paid almost 500 dollars in repairs but my vehicle is still vibrating n shaking..working out of town n I hope they can recheck my truck for free!

I said it had not been recommended RALPH said " we don't have time to tell people when to do stuff" My understanding we you kept record for me. That's what my Platinum Firestone card says!
