Rated 3 out of 5 by from Service I made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed and an oil change. I called a few hours past my appointment time to inform the service team that I would be coming I was coming in for my services scheduld but would be late due to an urgent work matter that came up. I was told that the tires ordered for my car were sold that but the station had another brand they would give me for the same price. Firestone was offering a rebate on the tires I had ordered for my car - the Destination LE2 however I was told that the tires they installed on my car in place of the original tires ordered for me and my car service that day did not qualify for the rebate since they sold the Destination LE2 to another customer. So I am out $140.00 as I would have used my Firestone credit card to pay for my vehicle services that day. It would have been good customer service for the Firestone team to call me first to confirm if I was running late or cancelling the appointment vs. just selling the tires to another customer. My name and number were on file as I am a regular Firestone customer. I do appreciate getting another brand tire for the same price however I would have preferred the Destination LE2 tires as I would have received a $140.00 rebate on a credit card from Firestone. $140.00 is a lot of money so it is very disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bad service I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle and asked for road force balancing 2x, they said it was completed, it was not. They recommended alignment, so I had it done days later. After comparing printout results, the vehicles alignment was worse after service was provided! I am a woman and first time Firestone client, will not go again, not trustworthy.

Visited Firestone unexpectedly with my 3 children after being stuck on the road with our truck 2 hours from home and when we arrived the staff was very helpful and very gracious to myself and my children. They made time for our vehicle and fixed it so that we could get back on the road. We were there a few hours so they even offered the kids pizza that they had for themselves knowing we were away from home in the waiting room for hours with kids which everyone knows can be stressful alone. Staff were very courteous and knowledgeable and let me know what was going on all the way through the process. We were very pleased with the service and helpfulness, kids even said how nice everyone was there!
