I felt they were fair but they need customer service training because they were below average consultants I came to them first but could not figure out how to help me so I found tires on my own and shipped them to the shop for install. I feel they should have solved that need since they were a shop instead they were defeated in the beginning.....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Prices are to high. I will never do business at Firestone again. I went somewhere else for a diagnosis and the was a lot cheap. They take hours to look at your car. I took my car in at 9:00 a.m the didn't call me intill 12:p.m and the only had to customer in front of me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problem Is Still Ocurring I originally brought my car in a month before this service. At the time, they were able to fix the original problem but discover a second, also expensive problem. I agreed to fix this secondary problem. Upon picking up my car, a new problem had begun. I asked for the problem to be looked at during an oil change. I was told that the second expensive problem had not been fixed fully and that was what was causing the new problems. I was upset that this problem had been fixed at a significant cost a few weeks earlier and yet it was needing to be fixed again a month later. However, I was assured that this would fix my problem. I was also told I needed a new battery (which had just been replaced by Firestone in 2012 and the car has less than 60,000 additional miles on it). I agreed to all of these repairs with the hope that the car would finally be running properly. Upon picking up my car, the problem that I originally said I was having is still occurring. I feel that I have now spent close to $2,000 to fix a problem that I didn't originally have. I am extremely concerned that I was told I had the same problem twice and that I was given inaccurate information about what was being replaced on my car. The car is still vibrating strongly when stopped and I do not feel comfortable bringing it back to Firestone, as you have not fixed the problem the previous two times, even though I have always agreed to the repairs.
