A: My Firestone needs your contact information to successfully create your appointment. You will receive an email and phone call to confirm your appointment details.

A: When your appointment is made, My Firestone needs to specify a vehicle for service. We ask for this information during setup to make scheduling an appointment with Alexa as simple as possible.
Q: How can I select a different vehicle for my appointment?
A: When the My Firestone customer service representative contacts you to confirm the details of your appointment, you can change the selected vehicle at that time.
Q: Can I buy tires with My Firestone Skill on Alexa?
A: Not at this time, however, you can buy tires online and then schedule an installation appointment through My Firestone Skill.
