Our technicians fully inspect you vehicle's braking system to determine which repair is right for your vehicle.
At regular intervals, your vehicle manufacturer also recommends a more complete inspection of the major systems. For this more in-depth check of your vehicle, we offer a Complete Vehicle Inspection. In addition to the visual courtesy check, we perform a hands-on inspection of the brake, steering/suspension and exhaust systems to make sure they meet the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Ask an auto care advisor for a complimentary printout of your vehicle manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule. Following this schedule will help keep your vehicle running properly and spot any problems before they become costly repairs.

Starting & Charging

When these sorts of problems arise, it's a good idea to check the charging system as a whole. Proper testing can eliminate more serious problems down the road.
Steering & Suspension
Conventional System
We offer Steering and Suspension services for most cars, light trucks, vans, and SUVs. The two major types of steering systems are Conventional and Rack & Pinion.
Most premature treadwear can be prevented by regular alignment service and proper tire inflation. Worn or damaged steering and suspension parts can also play a role in premature wear. When replacing worn tires, check the wear patterns for these signals:
Feathered Areas
Worn tread areas with a feathered appearance could be the result of an incorrect toe seating. In this case, a complete inspection for worn or damaged front end components should be performed.
Cupped Wear
Tread that has a cupped or scalloped appearance may be the result of worn shocks or struts. Loose wheel bearings, unbalanced wheels, or worn bushings could also cause problems.
On Side Worn
Incorrect camber settings often cause one side of a tire to wear more than the other. Ball joints, coil springs, and bushings should be inspected carefully. On vehicles equipped with MacPherson struts, the strut housing or shaft should also be checked.

Are Your Shocks and Struts Working Properly?
The condition of your shocks and struts has a major affect on the life of your tires.
Shocks and struts that must be replaced include those that are leaking, have damaged or broken mounts, or have visible damage. After an inspection of the steering and suspension system, we will make the appropriate recommendations based on MAP Uniform Inspection & Communication Standards.
Thrust Angle Alignment
- Road test vehicle
- Inspect steering and suspension system including tire condition and air pressure
- Put vehicle on alignment rack, mount and compensate sensors and print out the initial alignment readings
- Align front two wheels to manufacturer's specifications using rear thrust line as reference to assure center steering
- Print out final alignment readings to verify alignment is within specifications
Four Wheel Adjustable Alignment
- Road test vehicle
- Inspect steering and suspension system including tire condition and air pressure
- Put vehicle on alignment rack, mount and compensate sensors and print out the initial alignment readings
- Align all four wheels to manufacturer's specifications
- Print out final alignment readings to verify alignment is within specifications
